Why is my visibility zero?

If your visibility score is zero, it means that for the specific prompts Rankshift is using to check your brand, none of the AI models mentioned you in their responses.

Click on a Prompt in the prompt overview page and go to the “responses“ tab to see the actual responses we analyse.

This either means your Brand name you have entered is not the same as how the AI Models reference to your brand (If ChatGPT references K&H, but your have set your brand as KH Bank, this will not match), solve this by adding variations to your brand name.

If your brand and brand variations are set up correctly, then this likely means the AI tools don’t currently link your brand with the topics in those prompts. It’s a clear sign that there’s a chance to boost your brand’s visibility in AI results.
