MCP Server [OVERVIEW]
The Rankshift MCP connects your AI assistant to Rankshift analytics.
Written By Rankshift
Our MCP lets you ask plain-language questions about brand visibility, competitors, sources, citations, sentiment, prompts, AI models, personas, scenarios, and tags. It is designed for analysis and discovery. It helps you understand what Rankshift has measured, where results came from, and how different brands or tracked terms compare over time.
💡 Good to know:
The Rankshift MCP is read-only. It can help you inspect and explain analytics, but it cannot change prompts, scenarios, tracked terms, users, tags, teams, or source data.
Quick-start
Log into your Rankshift account, go to the "Integrations" page in the main menu and click MCP Server, there you will see all instructions needed to set up your MCP connection.
1. Connect once
Add the Rankshift MCP server to your AI client of choice. Your assistant redirects you to Rankshift’s normal sign-in flow — no shared secrets or API keys to manage. See the setup guide →
2. Ask in plain English
Start a conversation and ask about your brand. Your assistant automatically selects the right features, resolves your brand ID, and anchors date ranges like “last 30 days” to today’s date before querying. Most common terminology to use →
3. Get live answers
Responses are grounded in your actual Rankshift data. Your brands, your competitors, your prompts, your metrics. You can ask follow-up questions, request comparisons, and have the assistant draft summaries or slide copy based on what it finds.

Access and Privacy
