Label / categorize sources
Give every source a label: 1. Editorial / Journalistic News sites, journalistic coverage, blogs run by editorial teams. Examples: CNN, NYT, TechCrunch, The Verge. 2. Corporate – Owned Media Corporate content created by the company/product itself. Includes commercial websites, online shops, and brand blogs. 3. Corporate – Competitor Media Corporate content from a competitor. 4. Corporate – Third-Party Blogs & Content Corporate blogs or content not owned by the target company, but still commercially driven. 5. Press Releases Press releases regardless of where they’re published. (Worth keeping separate since they’re a hybrid of corporate + news, but with distinct intent.) 6. Academic / Research Universities, research centers, journals, patents, arXiv. 7. Government / NGO Government (.gov, .eu, etc.), public agencies, NGOs, nonprofits. 8. UGC / Social User-generated content platforms and discussions. Includes Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook. 9. Review Platforms Sites specialized in reviews, ratings, product comparisons. G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, Product Hunt. (Keep this as its own category—different from UGC even though user-driven.) 10. Aggregators / Reference Wikipedia, Britannica, Visual Capitalist, dictionaries. 11. Paid / Advertorial Sponsored content, native ads, landing pages with clear marketing intent. (Unique to your first list, keep it.) 12. Other Anything that doesn’t fit above.

Source Export: Separate columns per (competitor) brand
Hi Rankshift team, we’re having trouble parsing the brands in column I for our reporting tools. Is it possible to have a separate column per competitor brand? Right now we have to do it manually every time. Having this feature would allow us to automate reporting dashboards for clients, which makes our work a lot more scalable. Something that’s quite important. Thank you!

Run a 1x time scenario run button
Would it be possible to add a 1x scenario button. Sometimes when I’m doing pitches, I only need to do a single scan of a project, not an urgent feature, but it would be a quality of life (QoL) request. Just a little thing that makes the tool more enjoyable.

Crawler logs
Provide a centralized dashboard to visualize and analyze search engine and AI bot crawling activity on the website. The dashboard should make it easy to identify which bots are visiting, how often they come, what pages they focus on, and how they interact with the site from a technical standpoint (status codes, crawl frequency, crawl distribution).

Source/Citation List Manager
Team, would it be able to have a Source/Citation List Manager? Like you would be able to select your favorite citation sources and "collect" them in a list for future use/action points? (kinda like Keyword Manager in SEO tools)

PR feature: Track specific coverage
Hi Rankshift team! Our PR team would love to have granular insights and track of how their PR work is affecting LLMs. This would allow them to prove a causal relation between coverage/press releases and increase of AI visibility of a brand. Feature request Could you add a feature that allows us to trace/enter a specific URL(s) of a newsarticle, to see if it’s listed as a source of a specific prompt? Having this feature would allow PR agencies to prove ROI, something that’s been historically almost impossible to do. (This would open the door for Rankshift to have a bigger market/target audience as well!)

We recently went through a light rebrand, adding both brand-name variants splits all data. Would be great if there would be an option to cluster data.

LLM Traffic overview
Provide a dedicated dashboard summarizing all website traffic generated by Large Language Model (LLM) platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude. This overview should give marketing and SEO teams a quick, actionable snapshot of how much traffic is being driven by AI search, what it’s doing on the site, and how it converts.

White label add-on for Agencies
Hi team would it be possible to have a white label add-on for agencies in Rankshift similar to how SEranking does their white label option? The white label feature would include: Tailoring the platform to your brand: custom colors, uploading a logo, and more. Use your own domain: Make the platform uniquely yours by configuring your personalized (sub)domain name New Project Member type: Client: read-only seats and granting customized access to areas of Rankshift. White label GEO reports

Add a customer to a project with read-only rights
Couple of suggestions: Add a customer to a project without them having to create their own project first (registering would be the only requirement to view the project) Give the customer read-only rights to their project Give the customer rights to add and delete prompts (and adjust llm’s and frequency), but allocate them a maximum of credits they cannot exceed

Add annotation to specific prompts at specific date
Hi Rankshifters, It would be very useful to have an option to add annotations to specific prompts, ideally also in bulk. Use case When working on AI visibility improvements, I often want to track the impact of specific website or CMS changes on a selected group of prompts. For example: I add or select a set of prompts. I run these prompts several times to measure the current visibility status. I apply a tag filter, select all prompts with a specific tag, and add an annotation such as: “Structured data added to key landing pages” or “Content update published in CMS”. After a day, week or month, I run the same prompts again. I can then compare visibility before and after that annotation. At the moment, I have to document this manually outside of Rankshift. For example: Prompt X Visibility score on date X CMS changes X made on date X Visibility score after one day / one week / one month An annotation feature would make this much easier and would help connect visibility changes to actual optimization work. Suggested functionality Add an annotation to one specific prompt. Add annotations in bulk by filtering prompts by tag and selecting all matching prompts. Show annotations in the prompt history or visibility timeline/graph. Make it possible to compare visibility before and after an annotation. Ideally, include the date, author and annotation note. This would make Rankshift much more useful as an optimization and reporting tool, because we could track not only visibility changes, but also which actions may have caused those changes.
